INTRODUCING THE DOUBLE HELIX STAIRCASE
LOWER GROUND FLOOR to 2ND FLOOR
Ribboning its way up the atrium at the centre of the store is the new Double Helix Staircase. Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s double helix staircases, it is both a timeless work of art and a feat of modern engineering, designed to help visitors flow seamlessly through the hustle and bustle of the store. Created over the course of two years by award-winning architectural designer, Ben Pentreath, it connects the Lower Ground and Second floors.

THE DIAMOND JUBILEE TEA SALON
4TH FLOOR
Afternoon Tea
A Fortnum's tradition for centuries, and delicious proof of our endless obsession with extraordinary tea, there's no experience quite like Afternoon Tea in The Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon.
Experience the sophistication of Afternoon and High Tea in all its splendour with our Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon. Named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II’s visit in 2012 when she formally opened the room – in the company of their Royal Highnesses the then Duchess of Cornwall and the Duchess of Cambridge – the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon is the perfect place for celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying one of Britain’s most beloved traditions.
From the freshly poured brews to the tantalising tray of sandwiches and still-warm scones, Afternoon Tea is one of our favourite rituals here at Fortnum’s - and for good reason. With a whole host of Afternoon Teas available, from classic and savoury, to high tea and vegetarian, we have just the spread for everyone.

A PLAYGROUND OF DELICIOUS DISCOVERY
3RD FLOOR

Gin Distillery
Gleaming in polished copper, our gin distillery on the 3rd Floor is called Amalthea, named after the goat who fed the infant Zeus. According to the myth, the young Zeus accidentally broke Amalthea's horn, and from then on the horn would always be filled with whatever its owner desired.
While we can’t quite promise everything you desire can be crafted in our Amalthea, what we do create are two exquisite gins in store: our traditional London Dry and Pink Gin. So if you’re gin the mood for something extraordinary make our 3rd Floor your destination.
Create Your Own Hamper
From the hamper size to everything that goes inside, our Create Your Own Hamper service allows you to create a bespoke Fortnum’s wicker, filled to the brim with only their favourites. The ultimate gift!
Of course, if you’d prefer a hamper that's been carefully curated by our own wicker experts, we have a selection of pre-packed wickers available for you to peruse.

3'6 Bar
Located on the 3rd Floor, our 3’6 Bar is a cosy spot from lunchtime until late. The bar's stools, goblets, and striking wave centrepiece were crafted by award-winning French architect Arthur Mamou-Mani. Each piece is 3D-printed using eco-friendly PLA bioplastics, made at Arthur’s innovative FabPub circular factory in Hackney.
If you do stop by, why not try one of our classic cocktails? From an Old Fashioned to an Espresso Martini, we've got a coupe with your name on it.
