In celebration of Burns Night, we will be inviting award-winning drinks writer and presenter Joel Harrison to our 3rd Floor at Piccadilly for a new instalment of our Kitchen Stories series, where he’ll be sharing more of his whisky wisdom and talking about his new book, The Whisky World Tour.
Winner of a Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Award for his work, Joel appears regularly on British television as a whisky expert, such as on popular food and drink show Sunday Brunch. He hosts whisky and spirits tastings around the world, and has presented in the Royal Household for the late Queen.

Join us on Sunday 25th January for a traditional and delicious evening celebrating one of Scotland’s most-famous sons: Robert Burns.
The evening will begin with the sounds of bagpipes, the triumphant procession of the centerpiece haggis, its address, and finally, its surrender to the plunging dagger blade of the dirk.
You will then be served an exceptional four-course meal, complete with superb wines and whiskies.

Owen Morgan, the restaurateur and chef behind the award-winning 44 Group of tapas restaurants, bars and a hotel, will bring a taste of Spain to the third floor with an intimate supper club, paying homage to the Spanish pantry.
At the heart of the supper is a multi-course Spanish feast, which guests can indulge over as they learn more about the simple, bold flavours that define Spanish cooking, and how these versatile staples can inspire anyone to recreate classic dishes at home.

Our Food Behind the Pages series continues to deliver great guests - and this time, we’ve got the one and only author and TV chef Jeremy Pang joining us at Fortnum’s.
Jeremy will be joining us in store to talk more about his new book Jeremy Pang’s Chinese Kitchen, which is filled with step-by-step guides on preparation techniques, vital ingredients and the art of flavour balance, as well as over 80 irresistible traditional recipes. Dishes range from stir-fry favourites like Stir-fried Sichuan Chicken, classics such as Steamed Wontons in Chilli Broth and Sweet & Sour Pork, to indulgent meals like Succulent Crispy Chilli Beef.

With a history stretching back over 300 years, Fortnum & Mason’s story is one full of surprises and endless intrigue. Join our archivist for a 90 minute-long tour of the building (with tastings) and hear the fascinating tales behind the nation’s favourite corner shop, ending in true Fortnum’s style with a cup of freshly brewed tea and a selection of nibbles.
Tours take place from 11am - 1pm and cost £60 per person. Why not make a day of it and book lunch or afternoon tea, too? Guests are asked to meet in our 5th floor lobby.
Our Delicious History tours welcome all visitors. However, please note that Fortnum’s is a large building with a lot of stairs, and the tour involves quite a bit of walking.
