Our Mini Orange Ham is the perfect combination of sweet and salty. This delectable ham is traditionally and lightly cured – first dry salted and then brined. Once it’s cured, the muscle is rolled, folded, pressed and gently steam cooked to give a perfect shape ready for glazing. Glazed with our very own Monarch Marmalade, the boneless joint is wonderfully succulent, with a mellow fruitiness and outstanding orange-ness.

It is fully-cooked and ready to carve, and particularly delicious served with freshly baked, thick-cut bread and a healthy spoonful of Fortnum's Hot English Mustard.
