A chef all his working life, Sam Cooper is dedicated to food in a way he finds hard to put into words. A fermenter, photographer and a #1 Sunday Times bestselling author, Sam’s ethos is to explore flavour in the most sustainable way possible, using the fruits of season as creatively as possible. We met Sam at his Welsh farm and joined him for an afternoon of foraging and delicious adventure.
