Black Label Balsamic Vinegar, 250ml

This light, well balance vinegar possesses a surprising delicacy. Fortnum’s Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P is created from selected grapes grown in the foothills of the Appenine Mountains. The unfermented grape must is gently simmered before being decanted into a succession of barrels and then left to develop for years as an ancient alchemy darkens the contents to a sable silkiness. This vinegar is wonderful with salads or simply with bread and olive oil.
