Now a permanent fixture on our festive menu, the Free-Range Bronze is the champion of the turkey world. Carefully reared in the lush Essex countryside. The turkeys roam in grassy paddocks and fields, bedding down on fresh straw overnight. They are fed on a natural diet of cereals and slow grown at their natural pace until they reach full maturity, at 25 weeks.

After being expertly prepared, each bird is game hung for 12 days, resulting in an unrivalled tenderness and depth of flavour.

A turkey crown is perfect for smaller gatherings. The crown is quick and simple to cook and carve and delivers an unforgettable dining experience that embodies the very best of British farming and craftsmanship. From its crisp, golden skin to its flavourful, tender breast meat.

Please note that our Free Range Bronze Turkeys are available for delivery only on the Sunday 21st or Monday 22nd of December. Due to the fresh nature of this product, it will have a shelf life up to Friday 26th December. We recommend planning your meal preparations accordingly to ensure the best quality and freshness.
