Muscavado, Caramel and Lemon Gulls' Eggs
During a small window in Spring each year Gulls' Eggs are traditionally harvested as a seasonal delicacy.
In honour of this yearly ritual, we have crafted our own gull’s eggs – with a little Fortnum’s twist of course.
This set of four delicate eggs are housed in a chocolate white shell: some are filled with lemon curd flavour fondant and others a muscovado salted caramel cream. Crack them open for a Fortnum’s flavourful delicacy.
