Produced exclusively for Fortnum & Mason, our Fig, Orange & Coriander Salami is a delicate blend of sweet and savoury flavours. Using both lean and fat meat, the salami is filled into natural casings and fermented for 72 hours, before being aged for a minimum of six weeks.
A delicious addition to a charcuterie board, this sweet cured meat is perfectly balanced by aromatic coriander.
