This first-class cut is a tender piece of meat and is taken from the largest section of the fillet – the fillet head, meaning it’s a true ‘Chateaubriand’. Cut to a minimum of 900g, it is tied to be cooked as a joint. We can’t recommend this steak highly enough. It is the perfect ‘Sharing Steak’!
