Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the first established champagne house. They have introduced a vintage of its R de Ruinart Brut, a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir from grand cru and premier cru vineyards, perfectly capturing the maison’s hallmark style.
The 2010 is a very special cuvée – only a few vintages were declared in this difficult year. With patience, this bottle will gain in complexity and intensity over time.
Dishes with a silky texture and sweet freshness go best with the equilibrium of Ruinart Brut 2010. Best served alongside white fish or poached shellfish seasoned with herbs, citrus fruit zest and accompanied by a creamy element.
