Fortnum's Prosecco Valdobbiadene NV, Zucchetto, 75cl

Prosecco, the easy-drinking sparkling wine made in the Veneto region of northern Italy, is wildly popular in the UK for its joyous bubbles, reasonable prices and attractive aromas of fruit, particularly pear. The partnership between Fortnum’s and the Zucchetto family, who cultivate five hectares in the heart of the region, goes back to 2010 and they make this expression exclusively for us. With its fine mousse and attractive notes of white peach, apricot and melon, it will make an excellent aperitif, or match it with lobster, scallops and other shellfish.
