Experience the exceptional quality of our Free Range Geese, raised with care near the picturesque Suffolk coast on a small family farm. Our geese enjoy a naturally slow and traditional rearing process, ensuring the finest flavour and texture. Predominantly fed on a single grain diet grown right on the farm, each goose develops a rich and distinctive taste that truly reflects its environment.

To enhance their flavour, our geese are game hung for six days, allowing the meat to mature and tenderise naturally. This meticulous process ensures that every bird is perfectly prepared before being expertly dressed and despatched, ready to grace your table with a taste that is simply unmatched.

Please note that our Free Range Geese are available for delivery only on the Sunday 21st or Monday 22nd of December. Due to the fresh nature of this product, it will have a guaranteed shelf life up to Saturday 27th December.  We recommend planning your meal preparations accordingly to ensure the best quality and freshness.
