Crafted from a Caribbean rum base, which has been matured in whiskey casks and then infused with banana peel for two weeks, Discarded Spirits's ingenious Banana Peel Rum is a incredibly unique, sweet, fruity, sustainable spirit. Specialising in repurposing ingredients that would normally go to waste, the core ingredient – banana peel – has been sourced from a flavour house that has no use for the skin.

The lip-smacking spirit reveals delicious notes of fresh toffee and a fruity balance, while maintaining the essence of a classic Caribbean rum. Best enjoyed neat over ice, as part of a rum-based cocktail, such as a classic Daiquiri, or even mixed with ginger ale.
