Hertfordshire White Rum, 50cl

Handcrafted in small batches in the Hertfordshire countryside, this White Rum is made using traditional copper pot stills and the finest Caribbean molasses, then cut with fresh water from the distillery’s own spring. Lightly filtered and full of soft tropical fruit flavour, it’s a clean, smooth spirit with a contemporary English twist.

Made with cocktail-making in mind, it’s a great all-rounder - perfect in a Pina Colada, topped up with tonic and plenty of ice, or simply served with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
