Produced by Celler Masroig in DO Montsant, this youthful red is made using carbonic maceration, a technique that highlights freshness and fruit purity. A blend of Grenache and Carignan from the estate’s own vineyards, it is fermented with whole, uncrushed grapes to enhance aromatic lift. The result is a bright, fruity wine bursting with strawberries and raspberries, with subtle lactic notes on the nose. On the palate, it is soft, round and refreshing, with gentle acidity and an easy, approachable style. Designed for early drinking, this lively red is perfect slightly chilled and pairs well with tapas, grilled vegetables, charcuterie or casual summer meals.
