Cantina Dorgali Cannonau di Sardegna Tunila, 75cl

Tunila is produced by Cantina Dorgali in Sardinia, using Cannonau grapes refined in concrete tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character. Ruby red with purplish nuances, the wine shows an intense and persistent aromatic profile, with notes of blackberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with pleasant tannins, a strong sense of vinosity and good length. Balanced and food-friendly, it reflects the warmth and character of Sardinian reds while remaining approachable and versatile. Serve at 16–18°C and open at the time of serving. A natural match for charcuterie, pasta with moderately flavoured sauces, seafood broths, oily fish, and braised chicken or rabbit.
