Known as the ‘King of Cheeses’, this Nottinghamshire stilton is creamy and sweet with a heavily veined texture and predictably full flavour. Our limited edition Coronation Stilton is hand filled into a beautifully designed ceramic jar to celebrate the momentous occasion of His Majesty King Charles III’s Coronation. A real collectors piece, the stilton jar can be reused time and time again.
With a recipe that has hardly changed since the early 18th century, our organic stilton is wonderfully moreish with a mellow flavour on the pallet, and a very smooth and buttery texture on the finish. It’s best enjoyed as part of a cheese board, or by itself, served on one of Fortnum’s All Butter Crackers and drizzled with our limited edition Queen Consort Honey.
