Foie Régal Goose, 180g

Experience the subtle umami taste of our Goose Foie Régal, a Foie that boasts a luxurious, marbled texture. This decadent Goose Foie Régal caramelises beautifully in a hot pan with a little butter and is perfect to use as a spread on a freshly baked brioche bun – just add a dollop of our Damson, Blackberry & Apple Chutney as the finishing touch. This delicacy also pairs wonderfully with a glass of our Blanc de Noirs Champagne.

Foie Régal is already cooked and can be eaten as it is – just be sure to take it out of the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before eating. It can be baked or poached and added to a variety of dishes. Unsure what to do with the layer of fat on top? Spread it across toast as a delicious, flavoured butter or scoop it out alongside the Foie and enjoy them together.

Our Foie Régal mimics the authentic Foie taste and texture while utilising the livers of naturally fed, free-roaming birds raised primarily for their meat.

Store this product at 0-4°C up to the best before date and consume within three days of opening.
