Unique and rich in texture with a melt-in-the-mouth feel, Foie Royale Goose Entier Kilner is an ethical and utterly delicious alternative to Foie Gras with absolutely no force-feeding. Made using ethically raised geese, these birds are raised on high welfare farms where they have the freedom to roam from an early age and are naturally fed. Foie Royale can be pan-fried, poached or roasted, or blended to bring its flavour into a variety of other dishes. Presented in a kilner jar, it can be enjoyed straight from the fridge, but is at its best after 15 minutes of resting.
