Christmas Free Range Bronze Turkey, Small, 5 - 5.99kg

Serves 10-12.

Indulge in a true taste of tradition with our exquisite Free Range Bronze Turkey, carefully reared in the lush Essex countryside. The turkeys roam in grassy paddocks and fields, bedding down on fresh straw overnight. They are fed on a natural diet of cereals and slow grown at their natural pace until they reach full maturity, at 25 weeks.

After being expertly prepared, each bird is game hung for 12 days, resulting in an unrivalled tenderness and depth of flavour.

Perfect for your festive feast, this bird offers a beautifully succulent and juicy bite with every slice, making it the centrepiece your table deserves. From its crisp, golden skin to its flavourful, tender meat, this turkey delivers an unforgettable dining experience that embodies the very best of British farming and craftsmanship.
