Fortnum's Dorset Brie, 250g

Soft and buttery, this brie-style cheese is made from certified organic, pasture-fed Ayrshire cows milk from cows that are milked once per day. Complex and tangy with an added zest, you can almost taste the soft meadow grasses and stunning wild flowers that are present in the fields grazed by the cows.

Known as a “triple cream cheese,” this Dorset Brie is crafted by adding double cream during the cheese-making process. The result is an indulgently rich, velvety soft cheese that offers a luxurious and decadent experience.
