Williams & Humbert Pando Fino Sherry, 75cl

Founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a connoisseur of sherry wines, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations, the soleras of Bodegas Williams & Humbert are preserved in high quality oak casks based on the development and ageing of the wines.

Sourced from 100% Palomino vineyards in Jerez Superior, the Fino Pando is aged in traditional American oak casks for a minimum of 5 years. This results in a full-bodied sherry with complex aromas. Notes of almonds and green fruit and aromas reminiscent of the yeast layer welcome the palate, whilst the finish is long and elegant. Perfect as an aperitif or with cheese and charcuterie boards and seafood.
