Fortnum's Dry Fino Sherry, Williams & Humbert, 75cl

Founded in 1877, Williams & Humbert is one of Jerez's most historic bodegas and a custodian of some of the region's most impressive ageing cellars. Our Fino is made from Palomino grapes grown in the celebrated pagos of Añina, Balbaína and Carrascal, where the brilliant white albariza soils retain moisture and lend freshness and finesse to the wines. Aged beneath a protective layer of flor yeast using the traditional criaderas y solera system, this classic Fino develops its distinctive character over many years in cask. Pale and delicate, with notes of almond, fresh bread and sea spray, it is the perfect expression of a fine Fino sherry.
