Drawn from the historic soleras of Williams & Humbert, this Pedro Ximénez ‘en rama’ showcases one of Jerez's most celebrated sweet wine styles. Produced from Pedro Ximénez grapes grown on the albariza soils of Añina and Carrascal, the wine is aged for an average of fifteen years in the bodega's vast cellars, before being bottled unfiltered and unfined. The result is a wonderfully concentrated and expressive wine, with layers of fig, toffee, walnut and bitter orange unfolding across a sumptuous palate. It is a luxurious treat in its own right or a perfect accompaniment to desserts and cheese.
