Since 1882, our panettone has been handcrafted with passion, adhering to tradition and using only natural sourdough. The dough undergoes a 48-hour double fermentation process. We enrich it with Australian raisins and candied oranges, and you'll discover tiny black specks of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla inside.

Panettone is a rich yet highly digestible cake, owing to the use of top-quality raw materials and extended fermentation techniques. It is completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, and vegetable fats.
