This rare and extraordinary honey is made by bees foraging at Her Majesty Queen Camilla’s family estate in Wiltshire, Ray Mill House. It all starts in spring when the bees flit among the bittersweet Hawthorn Hedgerows, and once summer arrives, they dart and dive instead among the estate’s flowering lime trees. As a result, all the intrepid foraging leads to this delicate and deliciously intricate honey.

Marrying zesty citrus with subtle herby notes and a wonderful aroma that’s reminiscent of freshly cut hay. Perfect for drizzling, dressings, and morningtime toast.

All proceeds from the sales of these jars will be donated to The National Literacy Trust, The Queen’s chosen charity. The National Literacy Trust empowers children, young people, and adults with the literacy skills they need to succeed, working with schools, families, and communities to help people change their stories.

All of our honey is proudly single-origin, minimally filtered and completely pure - never blended and never pasteurised.

The National Literacy Trust is a registered charity no. 1116260 (England and Wales) and SC042944 (Scotland).
