Nyetimber Tillington Single Vineyard, 75cl

Tillington is a limited-production wine made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes – all produced exclusively from a single vineyard. As the fine bubbles rise to the top of this pale gold wine, aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries emerge, and are reminiscent of British summer fruits. The palate is generous yet refined, with delicate fruit accompanied by complex flavours of toasted almonds, pastry and praline. The wine balances elegance and richness in perfect harmony, with a refreshing acidity and a textured, decadent finish.
