For over 35 years, Nyetimber has had a single aim: crafting exceptional English Sparkling Wine that rivals the very best in the world. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Effortlessly drinkable and the perfect pairing to a variety of British seafood, the award-winning Nyetimber Classic Cuvee is the flagship wine of the Nyetimber Estate and one of the most well-known of all English sparkling wines.
Following extensive ageing in the cellar (usually more than three years), the Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage has distinctive toasty and spicy aromas. A palate of honey, almond, pastry and baked apples gives it a hint of decadence. Intense yet delicate, elegant yet complex – it’s no wonder it’s consistently crowned one of the best English sparkling wines.
Please note, this product contains the allergen sulphites.

Magnums Are Merrier...
A magnum from Fortnum’s is more than simply impressive in size. Due to the relatively smaller volume of air in contact, the wine in a magnum bottle actually ages more gracefully, creating additional complexity of aroma and flavour. When it comes to Champagne and Sparkling wines in particular, magnums also produce finer, more persistent bubbles, and are less affected by temperature changes — so the liquid inside can better retain its integrity and all-important effervescence. Or in other words: if your wine could talk, it would tell you that it's altogether more content in a bigger bottle.
