Our Handmade English Chocolate is exactly what it says on the tin. Or selection box, rather. Made here in England by hand - Brighton, to be more exact, by Audrey’s Chocolates, who we’ve been working with for over a century. Chocolatier William Pain honed his skills in the 1920s here at Fortnum's, before founding Audrey’s, and the same exact and exclusive recipes are used to this day.

The chocolate they use is Valrhona chocolate, crafted by a French chocolatier known not only for its exceptional quality but also for its industry-leading sustainability practices. Each bean used to make its chocolate is 100% traceable back to its source, allowing them to ensure transparency, fair working conditions, and respect for the environment at every step.
