Each 100% natural, dried Turkish Aydin fig is enrobed in a generous layer of dark chocolate, filled with tahini fig molasses chocolate and infused with indulgent cognac. The organic honey-sweet figs are offset by an intensely roasted, bitter chocolate with fruity undertones.

Aydin figs are famed for their golden skin and sweet, nutty flavour, which is protected by a DOP from the European Commission and harvested only by specialized producers and experienced farmers. They are delicately laid out on wooden bedsteads and placed in the Aegean sun for a natural drying process that protects their delicate character.
