Highgrove Harmony Royal Estate Honey, 250g

Harvested from the Royal Gardens at Highgrove, this soft set honey is something rather special. It comes from three beautifully ornate hives gifted to His Majesty The King Charles III for his 70th birthday, nestled in front of Highgrove House and tended with great care. Each jar is hand numbered, with just 350 produced this year to mark the premiere of Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision, celebrating His Majesty’s lifelong commitment to harmony with the natural world.

The honey itself is gently hand-creamed over seven days to achieve a smooth, buttery texture and pale, luminous colour. By bringing together spring and summer harvests, including fragrant linden gathered from the nearby lime tree avenue, it offers a flavour that’s floral, softly citrus-led, and wonderfully complex. A rare balance of delicacy and depth, and a true pleasure to savour.
