Guatemala 55% Milk Chocolate Bar, 63g
About the Chocolate:
These single origin bars are made in small batches using traditional methods, with great care taken to bring out the flavour and character of each cacao bean. This chocolate bar is made using only four ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk powder and cocoa butter - nothing more.
Sustainable & Thoughtfully Designed:
Each bar is packed in an Eau de Nil paper flow wrap, enclosed in a recyclable carton featuring a bespoke artist-designed stamp that celebrates the chocolate’s country of origin. Inside, the box reveals a larger version of the beautiful artwork - perfect to keep and treasure long after the chocolate has been devoured.

Introducing Pedro Cruz Sunu
An artist whose work both celebrates and preserves his native Guatemala's rich cultural history, Pedro Cruz Sunu’s colourful compositions incorporate the symbols, motifs and bright hues of traditional Mayan art and textiles.
Vivid and distinctive, the artwork featured on this bar – a piece titled ‘Gratitude’ – is a bold representation of three Mayan towns, and a joyful expression of thanks to Mother Earth, for her floral symbols of peace.
Each made with exceptional locally-sourced beans grown on sustainable cacao farms in Ghana, Guatemala, Indonesia, and the Solomon Islands, our new range of small batch, Single Origin chocolate bars is both a celebration of the finest bean-to-bar craftsmanship, and a unique opportunity to introduce the wider world to the extraordinary talent of the four local artists, whose designs grace the packaging of the bars.
