This 55% milk craft chocolate bar is made with Acriollado and Criollo beans grown in the highlands of Sierra de las Minas, Guatemala. Sourced through Jolomijix - a fair-trade co-operative founded to empower indigenous Q’eqchi’ farmers - this chocolate supports both the livelihoods and the preservation of the region’s fragile cloud forest. Discover comforting notes of brownie, muscovado sugar and toasted marshmallow in every bite.

About the Chocolate:
These single origin bars are made in small batches using traditional methods, with great care taken to bring out the flavour and character of each cacao bean. This chocolate bar is made using only four ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk powder and cocoa butter - nothing more.

Sustainable & Thoughtfully Designed:
Each bar is packed in an Eau de Nil paper flow wrap, enclosed in a recyclable carton featuring a bespoke artist-designed stamp that celebrates the chocolate’s country of origin. Inside, the box reveals a larger version of the beautiful artwork - perfect to keep and treasure long after the chocolate has been devoured.
