A confectionery created to quicken your step and make your tastebuds sing, this 65% dark chocolate bar is a harmonious marriage of bittersweet cocoa and the fresh, crisp and sweetly invigorating flavours of its English Mitcham peppermint fondant centre. Crafted using single origin Colombian cocoa, the flavours dance along to the tune of March of the Mitcham Mints.

The packaging opens to reveal a piece of original sheet music, composed to express the flavour and character of our chocolate. Each bar is adorned with playful artwork by fine artist Victoria Semiykina, created in collaboration with pianist Nathan Britton, whose music brings every bite to life.
