Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of olive oil, made simply by pressing olives and separating the oil from the water. To earn its ‘Extra Virgin’ status, the oil must have an oleic acid content of less than 0.8%, ensuring exceptional quality and careful handling from tree to bottle.
