This single variety olive oil is crafted from Galega olives, the most emblematic Portuguese native variety, harvested green. It has been crafted from native olive varieties that are carefully selected and cold pressed.

A wonderful smooth fruity olive oil characterised by aromas of green apple, banana and red fruits, with a slightly peppery fresh walnut finish. Ideal drizzled on delicate fish and pasta. Excellent in cakes, seasoning fruit, chocolate mousse or over ice cream.
