Made solely from Peranzana olives, it starts with refined notes of green tea and lemon peel before delivering a peppery kick that lingers just long enough. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of olive oil, made simply by pressing olives and separating the oil from the water. To earn its ‘Extra Virgin’ status, the oil must have an oleic acid content of less than 0.8%, ensuring exceptional quality and careful handling from tree to bottle. Our trio of oils takes you on a journey through depth and flavour, from smooth and buttery to bold and peppery, each one blended exclusively for Fortnum’s after the autumn 2024 harvest.
