Inspired by one of our favourite desserts, the Knickerbocker Glory, this sweet, shortcrust pastry pie has been crafted exclusively for Fortnum’s.
Made with a joyous combination of all-butter pastry and a raspberry jam filling with vanilla sponge cake and raspberry and white chocolate ganache, chopped hazelnuts and glacier cherries to finish, this limited-edition Knickerbocker Glory Pie is simply too delicious to miss.
This delectable pie can be cut into ten slices - meaning there is certainly enough for everyone!
