Every Crumb Tells a Sustainable Story.
Around 95% of our biscuits are baked here in the UK, while the remaining 5% are iconic creations and lesser-known favourites crafted by local artisans in France and Italy. But wherever their journey began, one thing is true for every biscuit: all roads lead to your teatime cuppa.
Sourced from a British farm practising regenerative agriculture and milled in the UK using 100% renewable energy.
Certified carbon neutral by The Carbon Trust, with emissions independently measured, reduced where possible, and offset too.
Sourced from a French farms practising regenerative agriculture, our ongoing transition from cane to beet sugar means we can reduce the amount of energy it takes to make each Fortnum’s biscuit.

A Glory Like No Other
Once described as “the ultimate dessert,” the Knickerbocker Glory made its debut at Fortnum’s just after the Second World War. First served at our iconic Soda Fountain bar, it quickly caused a stir (and several spoon duels), delighting shoppers with its deliciousness.
Fast-forward a few glorious decades, and this beloved creation hasn’t lost its charm. Still as tall, tempting and triumphant as ever, it boasts creamy vanilla and strawberry ice cream, fresh pineapple and raspberries, all crowned with a generous swirl of homemade Italian meringue. The Knickerbocker Glory now resides at The Parlour - our modern-day homage to the Soda Fountain.
