This small batch of bourbon is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, who was a most important figure in bourbon's history during the 1800s and whose innovative production methods are still in use today. This bourbon has notes of caramel apples, fresh corn and cloves, mixed with slight spiciness of rye and cinnamon. The finish is medium and rich with creamy vanilla.
