X Muse Vodka, 70cl

X MUSE was created by Vadim Grigoryan, an expert in the drinks industry, and Robert Wilson, co-creator of Jupiter Artland and co-owner of Nelsons, a leading natural medicine manufacturer. Its home is Jupiter Artland near Edinburgh. This vodka is made by distilling two heritage barley varieties, Plumage Archer and Maris Otter, separately and blending them to create a smooth, complex flavour. Using pure water from an ancient aquifer at Jupiter Artland, X MUSE can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or in classic and creative cocktails like vodka martinis or Bloody Marys. It’s made in small batches with high-quality local ingredients and pairs well with seafood, especially caviar, oysters, and salmon.
