Woodland Honey Pairing, 400g

A selection of two of our most exceptional British countryside honeys, our Woodland Honey Pairing provides the perfect accompaniment to both sweet and savoury dishes. While they may have been harvested from neighbouring counties, they could not be more different in characteristic. Our Isle of Purbeck Hawthorn Honey is dark and caramel-like with an amber appearance, whilst the Exmoor Sycamore is nutty and sweet with a silky character - perfect for sweet baking and pancakes.
