With a dash of Nakiri influence, the GC14 is perfectly nestled in the sweet spot between Savernake's SK18 Nakiri Knife and the NC12 Utility Knife. This blade has been meticulously designed so you can cut with the classic rocking action as well as the more prosaic straight up and down technique. It’s similarly comfortable racing through a kilo of carrots as chopping chives into tiny pieces, and absolutely made for vegetables and herbs. This blade has been tried and tested by our very own in-house chefs at Fortnum & Mason for assured quality.
