Rafael Cambra Soplo Blanco Valencia, 75cl

Soplo Blanco is crafted by Rafael Cambra from high-altitude vineyards in Fontanars, Valencia, where Mediterranean warmth is tempered by cool breezes and limestone-rich soils. A blend of Malvasía and Viura, the grapes are organically farmed and harvested by hand, with Viura picked earlier to retain acidity. Fermentation with wild yeasts takes place in stainless steel at cool temperatures, preserving freshness and aromatic lift. The nose offers ginger, apricot and sweet spice from the Malvasía, balanced by chalky citrus notes from the Viura. On the palate, lemon and lime bring vibrancy, supported by a subtle textural depth. A beautifully balanced white wine, ideal with seafood, grilled vegetables, rice dishes or light poultry.
