From the historic Sorbara zone of Emilia-Romagna, Radice is produced by family estate Cantina Paltrinieri using 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. Made via the ancestral method and bottled unfiltered, it is naturally sparkling and expressive of its terroir. Pale pink in colour, it offers delicate aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and citrus zest. The palate is dry, vibrant and refreshing, with fine bubbles, lively acidity and a subtle saline edge. Elegant yet irresistibly drinkable, this rosé Lambrusco showcases purity, tradition and modern precision. Perfect for aperitivo, it pairs effortlessly with prosciutto, mortadella, fresh pasta, seafood and lightly fried dishes.
