Myatt’s Fields takes London Dry Gin, Campari, and not one but two Italian sweet vermouths, blending them to perfection and ageing the mix in small 10L batches for at least six weeks. The result? A Negroni that’s still bold and bittersweet but beautifully smoothed out, with all the burn and bite tamed into balance.

Simply pour over ice and garnish with an orange slice. Traditional, timeless, and downright delicious.
