Fortnum's Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Settlement Wines, 75cl

An elegant Sauvignon Blanc with distinctive tropical and citrus notes from Marlborough, a renowned region on New Zealand’s North Island. The wine is made exclusively for Fortnum’s by Settlement Wines from fruit grown on 35-year-old organic vines by the Sutherland family, and 15% is barrel-fermented. The free-draining alluvial soils of the Wairau sub-region, the organic fruit and the skilled winemaking result in a textured white with bright flavours of grapefruit and papaya and lingering, refreshing acidity. Serve with grilled fish, herb dishes or goat’s cheese salad.
