Fortnum's Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Settlement Wines, 75cl

Settlement Wines was founded by Steve Planthaber and Kirsty Sutherland, both well-known figures in the Marlborough wine scene with longstanding grower relationships and decades of expertise in the region. Their philosophy is rooted in sustainability and organic practices, with a singular focus: to craft world-class Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir that speaks clearly of its place. Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from organically grown fruit in the Wairau Valley.

Tasting Note
Our elegant Marlborough Sauvignon displays bright grapefruit and passionfruit with a crystalline purity. It has a layered and complex texture thanks to some barrel fermentation; the minerality stands out and leads to a long and detailed finish.
