Honey with Everything

Our love of the sweet stuff is no secret, as our honey library at Piccadilly will attest. So this one is for all the honey lovers out there as we show you that there are no limits when it comes to adding a dash of honey to almost anything.

Scottish Ling Heather Honey Biscuits
Scottish Ling Heather Honey, the most prized of British honeys, is devilishly difficult to harvest due to the remote location. This rare honey brings a rich malty aroma to these buttery biscuits, and their satisfying snap gives way to a perfectly balanced sweetness, rounded off with a delicate salty tang.

Honey & Smoked Harissa Flavour Paste
Meet your new add-it-to-everything paste. Sweet honey, smoky chipotle and warming spices come together in this punchy jar, handmade in small batches in Northern Ireland. A spoonful of this paste is all that’s needed to instantly elevate your dish.

Milk Chocolate Ginger & Honey Filled Bar
Almost too sweet for the bees, 'Fire in the Hive' is filled with smooth ginger and honey ganache and then encased in milk chocolate. Indulge in the ultimate melt-in-the-mouth experience.

Apricot, Honey & Lavendar Infusion
Made with Fortnum’s own wildflower-rich Salisbury Plain honey, this light, floral and mellow infusion combines sweet notes of fruity apricot and honey with calming lavender to create a tea like no other.

Milk Chocolate Cinder Toffee
Our delicious cinder toffee is made exclusively for Fortnum’s from local Oxfordshire honey, and then smashed and hand dipped in milk chocolate for a luxurious finish.

Truffle & Honey Potted Stilton
Truffle honey has long been associated as a perfect accompaniment to cheeses and so we've decided to combine both. Blue stilton is piquant and rich whilst truffle honey acts as the perfect foil with its sweetness and heady aroma.

Tea & Honey Aramatic Cocktail Bitters
Meet our very own cocktail bitters inspired by two of our most favourite things – honey and tea.
Crafted exclusively for Fortnum’s by Bob Petrie – the enigmatic ex-pastry chef and founder of world-famous Bob’s Bitters – this artisanal elixir is infused with raw mountain honey and five distinct Fortnum’s teas, alongside a classic aromatic bitter base. Lapsang Souchong, Formosa, Chai Spice, Ceylon and Honey Tea blend with a rich and nutty wild honey, sourced from the beautiful and unspoiled Galician peaks in Northeast Spain.
Just a few drops – we recommend two or three – from the built-in pipette will transform your cocktail or soft drink of choice.
Homegrown Honeys

Dunganess Wood Sage Honey
Bees forage on the wild wood sage and viper's bugloss which grows on the flint beaches of Dungeness. The honey’s unusual woody forest notes match well with savory dishes such as cheeses and wild mushrooms.

Essex Borage Honey
Also known as Starflower, the vibrant blue Borage petals are the traditional Summer Cup garnish and often grown for oil with medicinal properties. This special honey is light and delicate, spoon into your next cocktail.

Yorkshire Field Bean Honey
Broad beans have a highly aromatic flower; you can smell them as you drive past the field bean in the countryside. The bees nibble the back of the flower to get to the nectar inside. The honey is delicate and particularly sweet.

Honey Caramalised Mixed Nuts
These oh-so-crunchy almonds, cashews and hazelnuts are heated and tumbled in sugar and honey with a dash of salt. The perfect, moreish mix of sweet and salty, these nuts pair wonderfully with coffee or as an after dinner snack.

Honey & Violet Gin
Handcrafted at the Old Curiosity Distillery in Edinburgh, this exclusive gin is infused with the honey and violets grown in our very own Piccadilly rooftop hives and gardens. It is then blended with nine hand-picked botanicals and cultivated at the distillery's Secret Herb Garden – a completely natural gin garden in the Scottish countryside where the plants are harvested in cycle with the moon.
