Highgrove Transylvanian Wildflower Meadow Honey, 200g

Splendidly golden brown, this is a firm honey with light, floral and slightly piquant flavours. This beautiful honey is collected from wildflower-rich grasslands that are a favourite springtime walking destination of His Majesty. It is cultivated by a single master bee-keeper, and packed in Saschiz, Transylvania.

All of our honey is proudly single-origin, minimally filtered and completely pure - never blended and never pasteurised.

Crystallisation is a natural process in honey – should it occur, gently warm the bottle in hot water.
