Soft and buttery in texture with distinctive notes of zesty lime, Highgrove Royal Estate Honey is the perfect accompaniment to hot-buttered toast and breakfast pastries.

Three hives were commissioned for King Charles III’s 70th birthday to sit inside the beautiful grounds of Highgrove Estate, each of which has its own specific design and took almost a year to construct. In the spring, the bees are kept busy working among the hedgerows of Highgrove, and in late June to early July they forage on the avenue of limes.

Each jar is hand-numbered, with only 500 jars available.

All of our honey is proudly single-origin, minimally filtered and completely pure - never blended and never pasteurised.

Crystallisation is a natural process in honey – should it occur, gently warm the bottle in hot water.
